We are a registered Architectural firm, established in 2010. The Principal Architects have a combined experience of 46 years in the field of Architecture.

We are located in Central Bangalore – the IT hub of India. We are associated with Architectural firms located at Chennai and Dubai.

We provide Architectural design consultancy for varying project types that includes, but not restricted to, Apartments, Office &Commercial Complexes,

Software Development Blocks, Villa/Row housing development, Showrooms, Factories, Educational Institutions, Residences, Office Interiors,

Restaurants, Clubhouses and Hospitals etc.

Our firm is headed by two experienced Architects, who are ably supported by a team of committed staff.

We are associated with leading Structural and MEP Consultancies of Bangalore.

Our Project Details …

We are presently handling projects, with a total built up area of approximately 13.4 million sft.

We are presently associated with several reputed Developers such as Suvilas Developers, Toyota, Fortuna Projects, Aratt Homes, Provident Homes, Suguna Developers,

MN Infrastructures, Elegant Properties, Sovereign Developers, Concept Housing, Sunrise Avenues  etc ...... besides individual clients.

One of our projects, Suvilas Royal Gardenia,  was chosen as one among the top 100 projects of India in the Reality Plus conclave and excellence awards.
